Beautiful and inspirational words from my clients
“Adina Forbes Crawford provided a fantastic mindful meditation and chair yoga class for my colleagues and me at the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (Md.). It was wonderful for all ages and fitness levels, and it left us feeling relaxed at the end of a long work day.
just did a meditation and restorative yoga session with Adina… Via Zoom. The pace and tone of the session was wonderful. Clear and easy to follow and with such positivity. Made for a wonderful end to a very hectic day. Thank you”
“Adina’s impact on Girls on the Run – DC (GOTR–DC) is nothing short of extraordinary. As the event emcee for our fall and spring 5Ks for the last several years, Adina brings an unparalleled level of energy, enthusiasm, and charisma that keeps the crowd pumped and engaged throughout the entire event. Her vibrant personality and positive outlook elevate the morning, creating an atmosphere of excitement and celebration.
One of Adina’s standout qualities is her ability to connect with people. Through live interviews conducted during the 5K, she thoughtfully gains perspectives from GOTR-DC program participants, parents, guardians, and community supporters. This adds a personal and heartfelt touch to the event, allowing everyone to share their experiences and stories within the Girls on the Run-DC community. Adina truly embodies the spirit of GOTR-DC, and her contributions make a lasting impact on our mission to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident.” Keisha Smith, Communications Director – Girls on the Run – DC”
